Amanda's Ham and Cheese Eggs

My favorite way to make eggs:

2 eggs
About a tablespoon of milk
Pepper jack cheese
1 slice deli ham, in pieces
Salt and pepper to taste

Yeah, it's basically and omelet but I don't do omelets so here we have scrambled.

Add the ingredients in that order ^ as they cook.  The important thing to remember about eggs is cooking them slowly- if you add too much heat too fast, they'll scorch before you even realize it. Medium heat keeps them soft and perfect.

They're way better than normal eggs, and are perfect for breakfast or a post-workout refuel.
